Below you can find turn-by-turn details of each race course.
2km Course Details

The course starts in Belmont Road on the school side of Gladstone Ave and heads past Mosman Public School until you get to the turn around point near Cowles Road.

U turn back down Belmont Road until you turn up Harbour Street first on the left.

Follow it up to Art Gallery Way where you turn right and then turn right again into Vista Street.

Follow Vista Street down to Belmont Road, turn left then turn left again into Myahgah Street and then head up around the Allan Border Oval.

When you hit Gouldsbury Street you will turn left and head up to the turnaround point at the top near Military Road.

Do a U-turn at the turnaround point and head down to the end of Gouldsbury Street to the finish line.

5km Course Details

The course starts in Myahgah Street in front of the school gate and heads right up to the top and around the border of Allan Border Oval.

As you come to Gouldsbury Street turn left, then left again at Military road just ahead.

Once on Military road you will take the next right onto Upper Almora St and head down to Muston Street where you will turn right again.

Follow Muston Street over roundabout to the end where it meets Middle Head road. Head straight across and a slight right into King Max Street to where it meets Bradleys Head Road.

Cross slightly left and over Bradleys Head Road and head down Queen Street to the bottom of the hill where it meets Prince Albert Street where you will turn left.

Run along Prince Albert Street until you come to the turn around point (at the bottom of Union Street). U turn and head back along Prince Albert Street.

At Milner Street (second street on your left) turn left and follow it all the way down until it hits Raglan Street. Turn right.

Take your next left onto Harriet Lane and then right into Shadforth until it hits Avenue road where you will turn right.

Cross over Avenue Road and take your next left into Gladstone Avenue. Follow this until the end where it meets Belmont Road.

Turn left into Belmont Road and head past Mosman Public School until you get to the turn around point near Cowles Road.

U turn back down Belmont Road until you turn up Harbour Street first on the left.

Follow it up to Art Gallery Way where you turn right and then turn right again into Vista Street.

Follow Vista Street down to Belmont Road, turn left then turn left again into Myahgah Street (the street you started in) and then head up around the Allan Border Oval again.

When you reach Gouldsbury St again you will turn left and run up to the turnaround point at the top near Military Rd.

Do a U-turn at the turnaround point and run back down Gouldsbury St
to the finish line.

10km Course Details

The course starts in Myahgah Rd in front of the school gate and heads up the street to the top and around Allan Border Oval.

As you come to Gouldsbury St turn left, then left again at Military Rd just ahead.

Once on Military Rd you will take the next right onto Upper Almora St and head down to Muston St where you will turn right again.

Follow Muston St to the roundabout at Raglan St. Turn left here and head downhill and right into Redan St.

Follow Redan St around and veer right into Wolseley Rd. From Wolseley Road turn left into Gordon St and head down the hill. Turn right into Bayview Ave and then right into Beaconsfield Rd and head back up the hill.

From here you will turn left back into Wolseley Rd and follow this until you turn right into Methuen Ave.

Head up Methuen Ave and turn left into Middle Head Rd. Follow this road until just past Cobbittee St where you do a U-turn and head back along Middle Head Rd. You may see the turnaround point marked on the road.

Follow Middle Head Rd for approximately 1km until you reach King Max St. Turn left here and head up the hill.

Once you reach the intersection of Bradleys Head Rd please take care as you cross this busy street and head down Queen St.

At the intersection of Queen St and Prince Albert St turn left and run all the way to the end staying on the high side of the street. When you reach the end of the street at Whiting Beach Rd, do a U-turn and head back along Prince Albert St this time running on the low side of the street.

Turn left at Queen St and head along here until you reach the roundabout on Raglan St. Here you will turn left and head down Raglan St.

At the intersection of Mosman St turn right and 100m later turn right again into Shadforth St.

Take the next left turn onto Crux St and veer around to the right and into Somerset St.

At the end of Somerset St turn left and stay on the footpath until you reach the roundabout at Avenue Rd. Cross the road and head downhill until you reach the BP Petrol Station. Turn right into Cowles Rd and also immediately turn left into Holt Ave.

Head up Holt Ave and turn right into Bardwell Rd. Follow this all the way until you reach Glover St. Turn right into Glover St and then right again into Cowles Rd.

Follow Cowles Rd heading downhill and then turn left into Wolger Rd. Run along Wolger Rd until you reach the roundabout at Noble St. Turn left at the roundabout and head uphill along Noble St until you reach Belmont Rd.

Once here take care in crossing Belmont Rd (use the pedestrian crossing) and head back up Myahgah Rd past the starting point and around the Allan Border Oval again.

When you reach Gouldsbury St again you will turn left and run up to the turnaround point at the top near Military Rd.

Do a U-turn at the turnaround point and run back down Gouldsbury St to the finish line.
