Support the Fair with Your Donations
 

The success of the fair is dependent on the kind involvement of and donations from Mosman Public School Families.  Proceeds from donations go directly towards the school.  This year, we have three pre-loved stalls that we would love your donations for:
 

·       Pre-loved books (kids books sell best)

·       Pre-loved women’s/men’s clothes (in good condition)

·       Pre-loved clothes (in good condition). 
     

 

Please help us by only donating high quality, re-giftable items – dirty, ripped clothes or books with pages missing cannot be used and only add to the time and efforts of our volunteering team. Please only donate items that you would be happy to purchase for yourself or your children.  Unfortunately there is no toy stall this year.

To keep the event sustainable we also need any good paper bags that can be reused for items sold on the day (no plastic please).

 

We are taking donations of the following from Monday 27th May.  Please drop off donations in the large boxes outside the school hall.

 

To help our volunteers, we would be grateful if you could please collate different items into separate boxes/bags, clearly labelled with what’s inside – e.g. kids’ books, novels, girls 6-8 year old clothes etc.  This will save the fair team a lot of time in sorting items for the stalls.

 

Should any items remain unsold after the fair, the Mini-Mos Fair Team will donate all good quality remaining items to charity.
 

Cake stall donations

Thanks to our all talented bakers, the Cake Stall is one of our most successful fair stalls.  Baked goods for our Cake Stall can be dropped off:
 

• Saturday 14 June: 10am-2pm, Mosman Public School Staffroom

• Sunday 15 June: from 7am at the Cake Stall under the COLA

 

For MPS families, cake stall baked goods kits will be delivered home in school bags the week prior to Mini-Mos.
